Mr. Tommie Lewis of Northville, Michigan Beloved Husband of Mrs. Annie Lewis, Father, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle and Cousin born on December 18, 1945 in Inkster, Michigan made his transition on Sunday, October 30, 2022 in Northville, Michigan at the age of 76. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 4, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Ellis Funeral Home 22401 Grand River Ave. ( between Lahser Rd. & Telegraph Rd. ) Detroit, Michigan 48219. Service will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022 Family Hour at 10:00 AM with the Celebration Of Life at 11:00 AM at Greater Grace Temple Church 23500 W. Seven Mile Rd. Detroit, Michigan 48219 Bishop Charles H. Ellis III Pastor 313-543-6000. Interment will follow at Grand Lawn Cemetery 23501 Grand River Ave. Detroit, Michigan 48219. Flower Delivery hours will be on Friday, November 4, 2022 from 12 Noon to 6:00 PM.

I worked with Tommy as a driver at Rokay Floral. Tommy told great stories about his life. He talked about traveling to Alaska with Annie, family picnics in Redford where a bird was attacking guests, his Cadillac that he kept in perfect shape. It was my pleasure to have Tommy as a work mate. He was proud of his family and his religion. He spoke of all kinds of events around church that he would be attending. I used to ask him to pray for me. He said, sure thing Karl! I'll pray twice for you... Hahaha Annie and family, I am sorry for your loss. God bless you all... Karl Stram
