Obituary For Porter Babers, Jr.
Porter Babers, Jr., a resident of Montgomery passed away Saturday December 28,2024. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2025, 2:00 p.m., at Southlawn Baptist Church, at 5340 Mobile Hwy, Montgomery, AL, 36108 with Rev. Dr. D'Linell Finley officiating. Porter Babers, Jr., will lie in repose one hour prior to the funeral service. The funeral will be live streamed on the funeral home’s website. Visitation will be on Friday, January 3, 2025, at E.G. Cummings Memorial Funeral Home at 1120 Bragg Street, Montgomery, AL 36108 between 9:00 a.m. to 7:00pm. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations, in memory of Porter Babers, Jr., be mailed to Southlawn Baptist Church or online at the American Parkinson Disease Association.
