John 14:1–3 — The New International Version (NIV)
1 "Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. 2 My Father's house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.
Psalm 34:18 —The New International Version (NIV)
18 The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. I can't remember if I had the pleasure of meeting grandma Dot in person or not, but I've had an opportunity or two to hear her voice or see her smiling face on a FaceTime call with my sister, brother-in-love or the boys. And as said, I've heard enough stories to feel like I've been right in the same room with her many times. I pray that precious memories, though they will bring sadness at times, will bring you great joy as you remember the life, love and laughs you shared. May God strengthen your heart and souls with His peace that passes understanding during this difficult time! Love, The Moore Family
I never had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Franklin, but as a friend of her daughter Edna Franklin Parks for more than 50 years I felt like I knew her and her whole family. I loved hearing Edna talk of her family. You were a godly wife and Mother.Enjoy your reward Mother Franklin.
I had the privilege to take care of Dorothy for a while and to meet her wonderful family!!! My prayers and thoughts go out to all of you in this difficult time.
