Dianetta Harrison Williams, a resident of Montgomery, AL, passed away on May 17, 2022. The funeral service will be held Friday, May 27, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. at Mercy Baptist Church, 4730 Bell Road, Montgomery, AL, 36116 with Dr. Johnny L. Hollis, Jr., Pastor, officiating. Interment will follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Selma, AL, with the staff of E. G. Cummings Memorial Funeral Home directing. The body of Ms. Williams will lie in repose one hour prior to the funeral service at the church. The Alpha Kappa Alpha Ivy Beyond the Wall Ceremony will be held Thursday, May 26, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at the chapel of E. G. Cummings Memorial Funeral Home. The public visitation will be held Thursday, May 26, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. CDC guidelines of social distancing and face masks for Covid-19 will be followed at the visitation and the funeral service.
