Mr. Freddy Aaron Byrd age 62,of Lincolnton, North Carolina transitioned on Sunday, February 5, 2023 at his residence.
He was born in Lincoln County, North Carolina on December 26, 1960 to the late Joseph Louis Shipp and Gerald Byrd Shipp.
Freddy attended public school in Lincoln County and was employed at Industrial Fabrications as a welder.
Funeral Service is Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. in White’s Family Chapel. The family will receive friends at 12:00 noon at the Funeral Home and other times at:
2935 Devine Road, Iron Station, North Carolina
Survivors are his wife, Elise Ross Byrd; two sons, Darius Byrd, Aaron Byrd; three daughters, Kayla Byrd, Alexandria Byrd, Christona McDowell; four brothers, Greg Foote, Joseph Shipp, Dirk Shipp, Jonathan Shipp; four sisters, Trinier Bryant, Crystal Lattimore, Denean Byers, Tonda Shipp; an aunt, Lillie Friday; 18 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
