Debra S. Hill age 64, of Charlotte, North Carolina transitioned peacefully on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at Atrium Health-Main, Charlotte, North Carolina. She was born in Lincoln County, North Carolina on December 26, 1959 the daughter of the late Walter Surratt, Sr. and Jeanette Woods Surratt Henry.
Debra graduated from Lincolnton High School, class of 1978. She was a United States Air Force veteran. She retired as an Accounting Supervisor.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. in White’s Family Chapel at Ebony & White’s Funeral Service. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service.
Those left to cherish beautiful memories are her daughter, Edwina Hill; two grandchildren, Jaylon Sanders, Jaila Sanders; a stepson, Jerome Little; brother, Anthony (Melissa) Surratt; three sisters, Serena Surratt, Janet Surratt, Vanessa Brown; aunt, Katerine McRavion; nephew, Ceion Brown, nieces, Avina Surratt, Ceona Brown.
