To the Rogers Family:
On behalf of the Philips Healthcare Alpharetta Toastmasters, Club #01054912, District 44, Area G75, we extend our deepest condolences for the loss of your loved one, our dedicated team member and dear friend, Valerie Elizabeth Rogers. We are simply heartbroken over this loss. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
Valerie held several leadership roles during her membership over the past eight years. She obtained her Competent Leader and Advanced Leader Bronze certifications from Toastmasters International. These achievements serve as a testament of her commitment to personal development and desire for excellence. Valerie was very active not only at the club level but also the district stage. She often volunteered to coordinate district speech contests. Because she was such a passionate advocate of Toastmasters, she was extremely successful in driving efficiency while sustaining club growth. Valerie was instrumental in helping us obtain the Distinguished Club honor several times.
She also spent countless hours mentoring members of the Gavel Club. This program is designed to foster presentation skills for students under 18 years old. Valerie's contributions to the Toastmasters community at large were recognized and greatly appreciated. Her efforts were impressive. We will always remember her contagious laughter which enhanced the workplace and brought joy to us all.
Her memory will forever burn bright in our hearts. Her steady positive spirit was impactful, never to be forgotten.
Sincerely, Philips Healthcare Alpharetta Toastmasters
