Reverend Victor Speakman, Pastor, Pastor Donald Brooks, Officiating, Eulogist. Interment, Kennedy Memorial Gardens, Ellenwood, GA.
Mr. Welch leaves to cherish his memories, loving wife, Estella Myers-Welch; 2 children, Maddison Welch, Aiyden Welch; the entire Welch family, a host of other loving relatives and friends.
