Celebration of Life Services for Reverend Tommy Thompson, Jr., of Stone Mountain, GA., will be held Saturday, August 19, 2023, 11:00 A.M. at The Greater Piney Grove Baptist Church, 1879 Glenwood Avenue, Atlanta, GA., with remains placed in repose at 10:00 A.M. Reverend Dr. William E. Flippin, Sr., Senior Pastor, Eulogist. Interment, Georgia National Cemetery, Canton, GA. Public Viewing and Visitation will be held at the mortuary Friday, August 18, 2023, 12:00 NOON until 7:30 P.M.

Reverend Thompson, Jr., leaves to cherish his memories, dedicated & devoted wife, Mrs. Valerie Thompson; 2 children, Tommy Thompson, III; daughter, Tannisha Thompson; 2 grandsons, and his loving mother, Jossie Thompson; as well as a host of other loving relatives, church family, and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the residence Saturday, at 10:00 A.M.
