Homegoing Services for Mr. Nathaniel Oden, of Decatur, GA., will be held Friday, October 25, 2024, 1:00 P.M. at Berean Christian Church, 2201 Young Rd., Stone Mountain, GA., with remains placed in repose at 12:00 NOON. Dr. Kerwin B. Lee, Pastor, Officiating. Interment, South-View Cemetery, Atlanta, GA. Public Viewing and Visitation will be held at the mortuary Thursday, October 24, 2024, 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.

Mr. Oden leaves to cherish, his children, Lannda Oden, Merlaine Oden Smokes, Boris Oden; granddaughter, Jefanda Price Suggs (Brandon); his sister, Mary Oden Turner (Bishop Oscar); sisters in-law, Gwen Oden, Kimberly Oden Brewster (Atty. Don Brewster), Elaina Oden, Beverly Oden, Michael Oden, Carolyn Wise; Alicia & Nicole Wise, Kandice Thompson, Gerald Everett, Marc Payne; and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the residence Friday, at 12:00 NOON.

My heart is with you in this significant loss. Uncle Nay was such a nice man. He feared God, and loved helping others. He will be sorely missed. I envision him in heaven chatting with Jesus. Nay was a wonderful, caring, generous person who loved his family. He was so proud of his children's accomplishments along with those of his nieces and nephews. We always enjoyed his visits to see us in CA and his phone calls. He was a devout Christian and always spoke of the goodness of God. We will miss him dearly but know that heaven is rejoicing and he is wearing his crown. Until we meet again, Pat
