Celebration of Life Services for Ms. Mamie Broadnax Lewis, of Eatonton, GA., currently, Atlanta, GA., will be held Tuesday, January 10, 2023, 11:00 A.M. at Israel Missionary Baptist Church, 2071 Hosea L. Williams Dr., Atlanta, GA., with remains placed in repose at 10:00 A.M. Reverend Dr. Christopher Campbell, Pastor of Israel Missionary Baptist Church, Officiating, Reverend William Rollerson, Eulogist. Interment will be held immediately following at East Eatonton Cemetery, 124 Hogan Blvd., Eatonton, GA. 31024.
An all day Public Viewing and Visitation will be held at the mortuary Monday, January 9, 2023, with the family receiving friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
Ms. Mamie Lewis leaves to cherish her memories, devoted daughter, Audrey J. Lewis; loving granddaughter, Shantana M. Collins; grandson, Lamar K. Lewis (Marie); her great-granddaughter, Blythe A. Lewis; her loving sisters, Estella Lee, Viola Yarbrough, Lillie Collins, Mary Harrison; and her brother, Roger Broadnax (Mary); a sister in-law, Beadie Broadnax; uncle, Randall Baines; aunt, Gladys Culp; her goddaughters, Rushie Jones, Gloria Burns Williams; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, extended family, and close friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at Mamie's home Tuesday, at 9:45 A.M.
