Mr. Ragland leaves to cherish his 2 loving and caring children, Jameel Ragland, Sadiyyah Ragland; his wonderful granddaughter, Reagan Ragland; sister, Evelyn Kemp; as well as a host of other loving relatives, extended family, and close friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the mortuary Wednesday, at 11:30 A.M.
