He leaves to cherish is loving and devoted wife, Diana Denise Neal; his dear mother, Joyce Dutton, of El Centro, CA.; three lovely daughters, Erica Neal, Jessica Neal, both of Detroit, MI, Octavia Neal, of Lawrenceville, GA; five sons, Dewayne Neal (Leigh), of Knoxville, TN, Chuck Anthony Neal, Ill, of Stillwater, OK, Steven Neal, of Las Vegas, NV, Antoine Baker, of Austin, TX, Antwann Pelham, of Hampton, VA, Devin Wells, of Lawrenceville, GA; two godchildren, Vontague Dansey (Stephon), and Quinton Singleton, both of Tampa, FL; grandchildren, Iden Neal, Addy Neal, Christian Neal, Michelle Neal, Mario Anderson, Diamond Ponce, Jannisia Baker, Antoine Baker, Il, Aniyah Baker, Amaziah Baker, Amor Baker, Jaylah S. Neal, Semayah J.
