Funeral Services for Mr. Charles “Bull” Phillips, Jr., of Atlanta, will be held Saturday, May 20, 2023, 11:00 A.M. at House of Hope Atlanta (Greater Travelers Rest Baptist Church), 4650 Flat Shoals Pkwy., Decatur, GA., with remains placed in repose at 10:00 A.M. Reverend Dr. E. Dewey Smith, Pastor, Pastor Jennifer Carner, Officiating, Eulogist. Interment, Kennedy Memorial Gardens, Ellenwood, GA. Public Viewing and Visitation will be held at the mortuary Friday, May 19, 2023, 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M., with the family receiving friends from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M.
“Bull” leaves to cherish all his loving memories to, Mrs. Sebrina P. Wilburn (Bobby), Mrs. Charmaine Baker (Jeff), Mr. Terence Phillips (Stephanie), Mr. Kirby Phillips, Mr. Charles Phillips (Chris); as well as a host of other loving relatives and close friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the residence Saturday, at 10:00 A.M.
