On Nov. 26, 1958, in Wilmington, Delaware, William, Alexander Wilson and Loretta Harris Wilson was blessed with God richest blessing. A bounce baby girl that they named Wanda Yvette.
Wanda lived many years in Delaware where she graduated from P.S. Depont High School.
She met and married Mr. Melvin Kellum, Jr.
She was always a loving, kind, giving person Always wanting to help other people. That is what lead her to her places of employment. She worked for over fifteen years at Layton Homes in Delaware. After relocating to Georgia she still saw fit to help others and begin working at Comfort Creek Nursing Home where she worked for over 20 years before her health failed.
Wanda made her transition to be with the Lord on December 20, 2024. She joins her parents and one daughter, Whnette Renee Kellum.
She leaves a mountain of memories in the hearts and minds of her loving husband: Melvin Kellum, Jr, Wadley, GA; her devoted children: Latasha Muchelle (Johnnie) Gilmore, Louisville, GA and Willian Alexander Wilson, Wilmington, Delaware; her grandchildren: Imani Gilmore, Johntasia Gilmore, Johnny Gilmore, III, Johnnie Gilmore IV, Daytwain Kellum, Louisville, GA; nieces, nephews, cousins, devoted co-workers and friends

My sincere condolences, I meet Wanda in 2003 and we remained friends from then now forever...We was called Thema and Louise by many of our fellow co workers.. Because when you saw her you saw me too.We always had our times together.. Will miss you my beautiful friend, God sure have choosen a Angel.. Twenty four years of friendship has came and gone.. Missing your laughing and us always out riding together...
