II Corinthians 1:3. Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and God of all comfort. 4. Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God. As a child I spent time with my cousins in Wadley, GA when I and my sister(deceased) would visit our paternal grandparents (Mr and Mrs Albert Flournoy). I even completed an elementary grade, in the Louisville School System, riding the school bus. There were times when they would tell me to go home, but then everything would change and they would love me again. Through the years I have made attempts to keep in touch. A card, letter, phone call and now social media. It is a big world but having family and memories is comforting. I pray the immediate family's (Aunt Kate, Shirley, Danny and Rickey) comfort and enduring support and love of extended family, dearly beloved, and friends. May God keep you and bless you and may He smile upon you.
Sending prayers of comfort to the Watson family during this time of transition. Vara Allen-Jones & family
