Mrs. Stephanie Anderson Bass, born on May 28, 1974, to the late George Morgan and Mollie May Anderson, was a cherished member of her community whose life touched many.
She made her transition from labor to reward on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at Augusta hospital.
Public viewing will be held Friday, Mach 21, 2025 from 3:00 – 5:00 P.M. at Davis Funeral Home, 725 Beech Street, Louisville, GA.
Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at Old Bethel Baptist Church, 1900 Baldee Road, Bartow, GA.
Interment will be held in the Old Bethel Baptist Church cemetery.
At a very young age, she joined Old Bethel Baptist Church, where her faith and involvement flourished. A proud graduate of Wadley High School in 1994, Stephanie dedicated herself to her career as a Housekeeper at Pruitt of Old Capital Nursing Home, where she worked tirelessly for 22 years, providing care and support to those in need.
Stephanie was known for her vibrant spirit and a wide array of interests. She found joy in singing, cleaning, and driving, and had a deep appreciation for movies and shopping. Her love for her family was immeasurable, and she shared a particular fondness for fishing, a pastime that brought her peace and happiness. Stephanie had a taste for the simple pleasures in life, often indulging in her favorite snacks, including Doritos, Snickers, and loaded fries.
She is survived by her husband, Frankie L. Bass, and her loving children: Demond Anderson, Johnny Lee Adams II, Jessica Bass, and Frank Bass. Additionally, she embraced her role as a stepmother to Frankie (Franchesa) Bass Jr. Stephanie was also a proud sibling to Brittany Anderson and Varon Anderson, and a beloved grandmother to Mar’Travious Hales, Jayden Anderson, Johnny Adams III, Jordan Adams, and Johnathan Adams. Her family circle extended to include step-grandchildren: Shaquala Kellom, Jaquan Hill, Kamille Bass, TaMiracle Bass, Aubreanna Bass, Frankie Bass lll, Jazaiyah Bass; her step-great grandchildren: Halayah Kellom, Haisley Kellom, Haiden Kellom, whom she assisted in rearing; her god mother: Vera Hannah; Her life reflected her nurturing spirit.
A woman with an immense capacity for love, Stephanie cherished children and extended her maternal care to her cousins, treating Wykeshia Gilmore and Ieshia Stone as her own. She leaves behind a vibrant legacy, enriched by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will forever remember her warmth and kindness.
Mrs. Stephanie Anderson Bass will be remembered not only for her dedication to her family and career but also for the joy and love she shared with everyone around her. Her spirit will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing her.
