It was my desire to send a message to Dr. T, this morning after my time in the word. However when led to do so I discovered she has traveled to her forever home. Dr Dennis, I send you my condolences and joy. Dr. Mary was my spiritual leader as her Aide while she was Chaplain in Washington. She has prepared me for the work Christ has called me to do. So much of her character and loving personality (Jesus) causes me to be blessed everytime I recall our talks. I know God used her in more life's than my own. She has received a crown, I'm certain.
Apostle Dr. Mary Thompson was more than a mentor; she was a maternal figure to me and countless others in the Gospel ministry. Her compassionate ear and unwavering intercession provided invaluable support. Over the past two decades, I've never heard her utter a word of complaint. Her loving guidance and positive counsel have been a source of strength for me, my wife, and many others. While her absence will be deeply felt, I take comfort in knowing we will meet again. Peace to Dr. Dennis Thompson and the family.
