Obituary For Carlton E. White

Carlton Eugene White, 60 of HWY 319, Bartow, GA departed this life on March 3, 2021 at an Augusta Hospital. Graveside services will be held Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. Harrison Cemetery, Harrison GA Cemetery with mask and social distancing. Carlton was born to the parentage of the late Annette White Kilcrease and his adopted father Walter Freeman, Sr. in Bartow, GA. He was a member of the masonic hall. Carlton was a member of Solomon Temple and later transitioned to St. Galilee Missionary Baptist Church. He served in the U.S. Army during both Desert Storm and the Persian War. Carlton was employed as a truck driver for 30 years with White Trucking, Advanced Metals for 2 years, and a Roper for several years. He is preceded in death by a daughter, Latasha Gilmore and a grandchild, Stankevion. To cherish his memories he leaves his wife, Linda Waters White, children, Kayce White, Vanshetta Rawlings, Travis (Shelia) Boatwright, Crystal White, Shawanda (Keith) Grayson; sisters, Antionette (Francis) Mithchell, Alonia Kilcrease, Blondie Matilda White; grandchildren, Rylan, Rayne, Keyazia, Bruce, Jr., Kaylee, Ryan, Darien, and Ja’Terrius; great-grandchildren, Brylee and Messiah and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
