Ms. Barbara Jean Brown, 52, E.A. Goodson Road, Wadley, GA departed this Sunday, October 2, 2022 at her residence. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 3:00 P.M. at James and Virginia Davis Memorial Chapel, 725 Beech Street, Louisville, GA WITH MASK PLEASE. Interment will be held in Spears Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Wadley, GA. Barbara was born in Richmond County August 8, 1970 to the parentage of Maxine Poole Brown and the late Rufus Brown, Sr. Barbara attended the Jefferson County School System and at an early age she joined the Spears Grove Baptist Church. Through the years she worked on various jobs including Riverside Shirt Company, Savannah Luggage and Costal. She is preceded in death by her father, Rufus Brown, Sr. Her memory will be felt in the hearts of her children: Naquailvious (Kaniesha) Brown, Sr., Davisboro, GA and Briana (Ledgendary Tulloch) Brown, Wadley, GA; her mother: Maxine Poole Brown, Wadley, GA; her sister: Sherry Brown, Wadley, GA; brother: Terry Brown, Wadley, GA; her grandchildren: Naquailvious Brown, Kamya Brown, Quatavious Jacobs and Ancient Jacobs; several aunts and uncles: Verda Mae Hudson, Gracie Sampson, Pugsley Bell and Edward Bell, Wadley, GA; nieces and nephews: Anthony Brown, Latavian Brown, Shequita Brown, La’Quesha Brown, Jamanda Walden and Wanya’ Brown; great nieces, great nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
