Dennis McMillan, 63, of Hastings, was born on Thursday, October 31, 1957 to Gracie and Richard McMillan. Dennis was the 7th of 10 children and twin brother to Debra Williams. Dennis received his education through the St. Johns County School District. He was known to the community as a mechanic, plumber, electrician and a good friend. Dennis was preceded in death by his parents Gracie and Richard McMillan, sisters, Rose Priester, Tina Moultrie, and brother Ronaldo McMillan. He leaves to cherish his memories: Sons, Kenyatta Proctor, Maurice (Latoya Finch) Robinson, Dennell Wesley, Clifton Rich, Jermaine Rich, Reggie Rich, and Dennis McMillan Jr., daughters, Gracie (Johnny Fields) Rich, Raschel (Shawn) Campbell, Dennisha McMillan, Nia Marshman Delilah Calloway, Diamond and Sunshine. Brothers: Ricky (Mellissa)McMillan, Milton Crooms, Richard (Samantha) McMillan Jr., Jack McMillan, Benjamin McMillan, Richard McMillan and two step-brothers. Sisters, Debra Williams, Richa Williams, Nettie Leonard, Diane McMillan, Maxine (Alfred) Daniels, Freda Reddick, Barbara (Elivin) Wilson, Minnie (Johnny) Mayes, Elizabeth Howard, and Ella Gilreath. 13 grandchildren, 1 great- grandson, and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends, devoted friend, Glenda Whitfield, best friends, Anthony Carter and Ricky Parlor. The McMillan family will receive friends and the community from 6-7 p.m., on Friday, March 12, 2021 at Coleman's Mortuary Chapel. A celebration of life will be held graveside at 11:30 a.m., Pattersonville Cemetery, East Palatka.
