Mrs. Carrie Bell Williams, 103, of Melbourne (native of Bunnell, FL) affectionately known as the push-up lady to both kids and adults in the community, passed away peacefully with her daughter, Margarie, by her side, on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at 1:20 P.M., at Indian River Nursing Center, Melbourne, Florida.

Mrs. Carrie Bell Williams born March 16, 1916, in Geneva, Florida to Luther and Marie Dantzler. After marrying the late Ora Williams at a young age in 1931 she relocated to Bunnell, Florida where they had fifteen kids. Mrs. Carrie enjoyed her favorite pastime of all – fishing with her best friends the late Ola Spates and Mrs. Annie Bell London of Bunnell, Florida. January 12, 2004 Mrs. Carrie Williams relocated to Melbourne, Florida to be with her eldest daughter Margarie Lovett where she was called home. As Mrs. Carrie Williams has always said once she is called home, she will be ready to be with her boyfriend (Jesus). Mrs. Carrie Bell Williams lived to be 103 is not only history but a legacy and a God given gift.

Service Times The Homegoing Celebration will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 8, 2020 at St. James Missionary Baptist Church, Bunnell, FL. The viewing will be 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Friday, February 7, 2020 at St. James Missionary Baptist Church. The burial will be in Masonic Cemetery, Palm Coast, FL.
