I'm sadden to hear the lost of not only a good man but a great father. I wish I could have gotten to know you and spent more time with you but what I remember about you the most was that you was humble with a great smile and perfect attitude. You never was disrespectful and gave the up most respect. You truly will be missed. I send my love and deepest sympathies to the family. May you rest in peace forever.ππΎππΎππΎππππ’πͺπ½π―

Today I light this candle because your light has not gone out. My eyes leak when I think of you but they are both for sadness and happiness. I feel relieved you are in a better place and feel no pain. I will forever remember all the great memories we made and smile knowing you are sharing them with me. Farewell my dear friend.
Meeting Rocky was a life changing experience, and I'm glad I got to call him family. He knew how to make you laugh and was a great Father to his children. You will be missed Rocky Rest In Peace.
Ricky was my neighbor when we were stationed in Albany. We both had a love for comics. Well I was more casual while Ricky was a MONSTER lol. Saturday mornings we'd get up and hit the comic book store to find something new. Head home and get to reading. Can't forget when we sat in front his tv like some kids on Saturday morning for the US premiere of Naruto. Good times. I'll miss you big dog.
Ricky was the first person I had the chance to call my brother. From age 5 he took me in as his sister and we connected as if we were blood. The laugher, the growth, my first proper drink lol, the good days! To know you have transitioned broke my heart in so many ways but mainly because it was too soon for you. You are survived and you live on through all of us. Not a day goes by where I don't feel your energy and love even after this transition. Gone in this life, and I'll be grateful and excited to see you in the next π§‘
RIP Ricky β€οΈ from NOLA
I met him at MOS school, he was a pretty chill guy from what I recall. One of the biggest reasons I really had a chance to get to know him was because he was dating my roommate and best friend. Relationships are hard to have while in training, more so because you can get separated but these two made it work. Today you can see how that love grew and all the lives it touched. His memory will live on and I offer my sincerest condolences to his family and friends.
Our staff will continue to keep your family in our prayers. We thank you for allowing us to serve your family.
