Andrea Scarborough was born on May 23, 1967 to Katie Scarborough and Troy N. Scarborough.

On the morning of September 22, 2022 Andrea "Mamie" took the trip of a lifetime. She was escorted into heavens gates and was greeted by her daughter Becky Edwards, mother Katie Scarborough and Aunt Bonnie Proctor. Andrea was a devoted wife to William Waller of 29 years, a loving mother to Jonathan Seabolt, Brandon Seabolt (Amy), Dakota Waller and 9 grandchildren. She leaves behind to cherish her memories a host of family and friends. Andrea was an avid reader. You could often find her curled up with one of the Twilight series books. She loved those the best! She had the smile that could light up any room. Andrea was known as the matriarch of the family and always gave the warmest hugs. Andrea's words of wisdom and encouragement will reign within her loving legacy that will be cherished. Her memory will live forevermore in the hearts of her family, friends and loved ones. The family is asking in lieu of flowers, that donations be made for the memorial service of her life.
