Margaret Steed Collins, age 85, of Richmond, Virgina formerly of Warren County, NC departed this life on Friday, December 22, 2023, at her residence.

Homegoing Celebration will be held on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at 1:00pm in the sanctuary of Greenwood Baptist Church, 1175 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, Boulevard, Warrenton, NC. Elder Hikisha Harris will officiate, and Bishop Frank Williams will deliver the eulogy.

She leaves to cherish five daughters, Gloria Kirven (Hikie), Cynthia Robinson (Jacob), Felicia Scott, Margaretta Wilson, and Demetria Trent (Kenneth); one son, Luther A Collins; four grandsons; nine granddaughters; seven great-great grandchildren; one Godson; sis sisters, Willie B. Williams (Alex), Helen Champion (Samuel), Pollie Young, Elizabeth Williams (Archie), Sophia Steed and Juanita Gaddy; four sisters-inlaw, Lena Blount, Sarah Walker, Shirley Hicks, Thelma Ann Taylor (Roger); one brother in-law, Mack Parham; along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She may be viewed on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at the church from 12noon until 1:00pm

Aunt Donna truly was a precious woman of God. She served God with all that she had. I thank God, she was truly a example of a virtuous woman. She will be greatly missed. My family, you are in our prayers. We are so sorry we will be able to attend. We pray that God strengthen and encourage you during this difficult time. We love you, Lena & Bennie Blount, John, Roslyn, Jonathan, Daquan and John Mack-Steed.
