Mrs. Clara Maxine Davis Alston, age 76, of 384 Lickskillet Road, Warrenton, North Carolina departed this life on Thursday, December 12, 2019 at her residence. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11am, Friday, December 20, 2019 at Greenwood Baptist Church in Warrenton, North Carolina. The Bishop Reginald Davis of Refuge Temple Church in Burlington, North Carolina will officiate and The Reverend Eddie W. Lawrence will deliver the eulogy.

Clara leaves to cherish her memories her husband Roy Alston Sr. of the home; two children, Gloria Alston of Warrenton NC, Roy Alston Jr. (Angela) of Manson NC: five grandchildren, Dion Malloy of Raleigh NC, Antwan Alston of Durham NC, Jasmine Alston (Greg) of Wake Forest NC, Justice Epps of Greensboro NC, and Marcus Alston of Greenville NC; two great grandchildren, Anaya Alston & Zola Davis. four siblings, Marion Hayes of Newport News VA, Eutrilla Feaster of Camden NJ, Hattie Allen of Harlem NY , and Joseph Davis of Yonkers NY; five sisters in law, Eva Brown (Dwight) of Warrenton NC, Romelia Alston, Lousie Alston, Gladys Alston, all of Richmond VA, Barbara Alston of Warrenton NC, Annie Alston of Mitchellville MD; one brother in law, Louis Alston (Barbara) of Washington DC; one Goddaughter, LaKeshia Harrison (Fernando) of Henderson NC, one special nephew, Ronald Williams (Cecila) of Alexandria VA; one honorary grandchild, Carl Davis Jr. Special and close friends, Maddie Davis, Dorothy Cooper, Frances Davis, Shirley Davis, and Shirley Brown, a host of nieces, nephews and many beloved family and friends.

She may be viewed on Thursday, December 19, 2019 from 11:00am until 5:00pm in the chapel of Boyd & Royster Funeral Services in Warrenton, NC.
