Norwell D. Wilson, Sr., age 70, of Warrenton, North Carolina departed this life on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at Maria Parham Hospital in Henderson, North Carolina.
Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 11:00am in the sanctuary of Greenwood Missionary Baptist Church ,1175 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard, Warrenton, NC 27589. The Reverend Eddie Wayne Lawrence, Pastor will officiate and burial will follow in the Davis Family Cemetery in Warrenton, North Carolina.
He is survived by his former wife Earline Wilson, two children Norwell Donald Jr. (Tamara), Clifton Lamont (Angela), five siblings Carlton, Tyron (Amena), Regina (Tony), Annette (Ronald), Sharon (Robert), four grandchildren, Jonathan (Yvonne), Shannon (Jonell), Damion (Shimeka) and Caylee Rose as well as four great grandchildren, Jonathan Jr., Janiyah, Jayce and LaNasia. He also leaves to mourn one aunt, Clementine Price, a host of nieces and nephews, numerous cousins and an extended family of friends and colleagues.
Norwell may be viewed on Monday, November 13, 2023 in the chapel of Boyd & Royster Funeral Services from 1:00pm until 5:00pm.
The services will be livestream via the Boyd Royster facebook page at the time of service.
