Mr. Jermaine Mathis, Jr., of Eatonton, GA entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, October 4, 2022.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Putnam County Middle School 140 Sparta Hwy. Eatonton, GA 31024. A private family interment will take place after the service at Eastside Eatonton City Cemetery.

A Public Visitation will take place on Tuesday, October 11, 2022; beginning at 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Bernard's Family Funeral Care "The Eatonton Chapel" 103 Willie Bailey Street Eatonton, GA 31024.
