Obituary For Ms. Gina Williams

God saw you were getting tired, and a care was not to be, so he put his arms around you, and whispered. “Come with Me”. With tearful eyes we felt your suffering and you slowly faded away. Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. Your beautiful heart stopped beating, your hard-working hands were put to rest, God broke our hearts to prove to us, he only takes the best.

Ms. Gina Williams was born in Virginia on October 3, 1969, to the late Reto and Lonnie Williams. She was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed life to the fullest. Gina received her education from the public schools in Bay County. She was no stranger to hard work. At a young age Gina held down two jobs. She worked for Burger King and a cleaning service demonstrating a great work ethic. Later in life, Gina moved to Georgia where she was employed with InCommunity as a caregiver for many years.

Gina Williams departed this life on Wednesday, January 3, 2024. She was preceded in death by her son Martin Anderson, parents Reto and Lonnie Williams, Grandmother Willie Lee Green and sister Miko Ceasar. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her. She leaves to cherish her memories with her children, Robert Williams and Startavia Anderson, grandchildren, Martin and Demarian Anderson, Jay’den Williams, sister, Kristian Williams, brother-in-law, Kenneth Ceasar, maternal uncle, Booker T. Washington and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who were very dear to her heart but too numerous to name.

A Homegoing Celebration will be held Saturday, January 13th at 1p.m. at Love Center Missionary Baptist Church with Dr. Rufus L. Wood officiating. Interment will follow in the Redwood Cemetery with arrangements entrusted to the Caring Staff at Battle Mortuary of Panama City.
