To the family, please know that my heart is heavy and my thoughts and prayers are with you. Atty. Barr was the first to give me an opportunity to work in his law office and I worked there for four summers. He gave me the foundation that I needed for law school.

Billy was a man that marched to his own beat and this world just had to stop and take notice of his uniqueness. I give thanks that he had a relationship with our Lord and Savior and I'm very blessed that he was able to come hear me preach at Mt. Seal in October. May earth's loss be Heaven's gain.
