Margaret Chisolm departed her life on April 23, 2023. Margaret, the daughter of Eloise Hayward and Richard Frasier, Sr, was born on November 5, 1935 in Charleston, South Carolina.

Sis Margaret was a founding and active member of Mt, Zion AME Church usher board for over 40 years. She was the President of the Advisory Board of the Kingsbridge Senior Citizen Center located in the Bronx. She was very active in the community and received many awards for her efforts. She advocated tirelessly for the developmentally disabled.
