Obituary For Alberta Turner

Alberta Turner (known to many as Bertha) was born on September 19, 1940 to Nannie Louise Turner. Alberta attended Public School in New York City. She then ventured into the work field, as a Caregiver for Forty years. Bertha was devoted to her job and had a tremendous passion for what she did for a living. There was no household work that she could not handle; she had a great love for her family and friends. Cooking was one of her many skills and a splendid way to get the family together. She loved dancing and listening to music, every Sunday morning she would play a selection of Teddy Pendergrass, (Bertha love her some oldies but goodies) On July 08,2022, the Lord came to take her home: she goes to join her Mother Nannie (Louise), son Troy Turner, grandson Sean Turner and two of her sisters Sylvia & Lillian. Alberta is gone but she will certainly not be forgotten; she leaves to cherish her wonderful memories, her four living children Deborah Reed & Glen Turner they reside in NYC, Carlton Turner & wife Sharron they reside in Colorado, Robert Turner & wife Michelle they reside in Albany, and sister Valerie Thomas who reside in NYC, and a host of grandchildren, Nieces, Nephew, and many more family & friends
