My condolences goes out to the family. Loving person gone too soon. To her children. Keep her in your heart and memerories always. To my son, what is already known does not have to be said. I am here always for you! Steven Gellineau Sr.
There's no words that can express the pain and sadness going thru me. Me and Crystal shared a special bond from early and it grew. No matter the time or space between us, Crystal always maintained contact with my Grandmother which leads to us reuniting. Loved Crystal as a friend, person and at one point in time as my girlfriend. I will always cherish the memories we shared and the true meaning of friendship that we shared. To her children, may God places you in his loving hands and protect, guide and give you strength during this moment. Crystal may you SIP Angel and until we meet again I send you my love!!! 🙏🏽😢🌹💐💔
Crystal, you fought a long and courageous fight. Now, the victory belongs to you. Diva Sis, we send our love and prayers to you and Crystal's legacy. May God strengthen and keep you now, and in the days ahead.
As my sister DeeDee said, Crystal is our sister-cousin. The first thought that came to mind about Crystal was when she was a toddler; we would ask her what her name was and she'd reply "Crystal Nicole Smith" with a country accent. It was so adorable. I have many memories because over the years we spent a lot of time together. My sisters Sherry and DeeDee described her best. All of what they've said is true about Crystal. I'm sad that God called her home, but I'm relieved that her pain is no longer. Crystal, you are and always will be my sister. I love you. Always, Pauline
Crystal was more than a cousin. She was like another sibling who was always with us growing up in New York. Crystal wasn't even 5 feet tall but had a big energy about her that could not be ignored. One thing I admired about her was the fact that she wasn't afraid to speak her mind; she said what she felt and meant what she said.
Crystal was BIG on family! She loved her family and that is where her heart was. Every time I traveled down south, Crystal was always taking me to a relative's house because she wanted all the family to know one another and be united. We could just be going to the grocery store and there's Crystal pointing out and introducing a cousin that we saw just in passing.
I remember when I moved into my first apartment, I decided to cook thanksgiving dinner my first year there and Crystal was the first to arrive with bells on.
Crystal also loved to laugh. We had some good laughs together. I can still hear that distinct laugh she had like her mom. She called me one day to tell me that Star thought my 2 dogs were my children. I could see how that could've happened because they were mentioned quite a bit but still, we just laughed and kept laughing for 5 minutes straight! I remember that call like it was yesterday. My little cousin was a ray of loving sunshine. I'm happy that she knew how much love I had for her but still, my heart is so heavy right now. I LOVE YOU sister-cousin, you will always be that ray of light in my heart. Love you always DeeDee💟
Sending much Love, Prayers, and Condolences to my family. May God comfort your hearts and anoint you with peace! Rest in Peace Crystal!❤️
My prayers and condolences goes out to all of Crystals beautiful children who has lost such a lovely mother.
My fondest memories of Crystal was when she was a toddler she was always at my mom's house with my nephew mikie as a baby in the same crib and playpen together .
they were the same age and was always Playing and getting in trouble together.
I remember having her with me all the time. I called her my babygirl. I would go over my cousin pookie house all time to help her with crystal and stay the weekend with them. I had so much fun hanging out there I remember taking Crystal with me to Morris High School. I was a senior about to graduate. she was just two years old . We walked in the cafeteria and once she heard the kids around her playing music omg!! she stopped walking, dropped my hand and just started dancing for the crowd lol! of course everyone fell in love with her.
They made her a honorary student that day. Everyone was trying to buy her lollipops and all types of sweets . she came home with so muQch stuff that after that day I had to sneak out going to school or she would cry to go with me. she always loved dancing and playing good music like her mother.
We all loved her and was so proud to call her our little cousin.
I will miss you my little heart, Love you always Cherie...
Prayers, Peace, Comfort, Strength and Much Love to the family. I met Crystal 22 years ago. She was and will always be a beautiful person. Her spirit will continue to be present through her children.
