Graveside Services for Mr. Zebbie D. Wade, Sr. 84, of Unadilla GA will be held Friday January 8, 2021, at 11:30 a.m. by immediate family only at the Evergreen Cemetery, Unadilla Georgia. Public visitation will be held Thursday January 7 from 4 -6 p.m.
Mr. Zebbie D. Wade was born on August 22, 1936, to the parents of Cora Bell and Sylvester (Hazel) Wade. Mr. Zebbie D. Wade gained his wings on Friday, January 1, 2021, at Taylor Regional in Hawkinsville, Georgia. At an early age, he joined Camp Creek Baptist Church in Unadilla, Georgia, where he was an active participant throughout his youth. He was a faithful member and served diligently; he served on the usher board for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Geraldine Wade Reid; and brothers, Willie B. Wade, Sylvester Wade, Jr., Sonny Vee Wade, Douglas McArthur Wade, Charles Wade, James Edward Wade, and Dennis Allen Wade. Zebbie leaves to celebrate his life: his wife, Doris Wade; seven children, Jerome (Deborah) Webb, Nancy Wade, Angela, Travis, Zebedee Wade, Jr., Eutina Clark, Serita (Anthony) Taylor, and Clifton (Se’Ra) Wade; eleven grandchildren, Nona Guilford, Nikiya Webb, Michael, Coleyn, Shatorria Wade, DeAngelous Brown, Kierra Taylor, Anthony Taylor, Jr., Bryan Clark, Zebedee Wade, III, and Joshua Clark; one greatgrandchild, Tommy Lee III; brother, Clifford Wade; three sisters, Annie P. (Moses) Peterkin, Shirley W. Buckles, and Belinda W. (Roy) West; two sisters-in-law, Mattie Wade and Mattie Lane Wade; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives ,and friends.
