I don't think I ever called her Ms Gwen lol she was ma to me and my family since 2000. She was a loving person and she always always made sure she told my husband, myself and our kids she loved us. My heart is torn as I will not be able to see her face or get her texts about organic products and holistic ways to heal. I will always love you and can't wait until we meet again in Heaven. To Gwen's Sons, their entire family, and her friends... When I learned of Gwen's Transition, I was saddened and in disbelief😥. Gwen was always bright eyed with that endless smile!😁 We met many many years, ago. As Altos singing in the choir at Green Pastures Christian Ministries.. It was an ABSOLUTE BLESSING to have met Gwen and to have known her... Her Sweet spirit, caring for others, was "her way about herself" she always had it... I'm GRATEFUL for our lunches we shared, the movies we attended together, with other friends, B-Day celebrations, going on new work venues, and just fun girl talks😊 and shopping...I will "ALWAYS REMEMBER GWEN"...She will forever remain in my heart‼️ We 🙏🏽 for Peace, Strength and Comfort, to each of you ... ♥️♥️🙏🏽🕊 Joyce and Jasper Lewis

Gwen had such a beautiful sweet spirit, she was in the alto section at Green Pastures and always kept a smile on her face and enjoyed singing in the choir with Gwen. I just talked to Gwen at a friend of mine sister funeral and I told her it was good seeing her and she really looked good. Gwen will be truly missed! My prayers I extend to the family!

Gwen had the kindest personality along with the brightest smile. Our friendship began in the Alto section at Green Pastures Christine Ministries, many years ago and only grew as time provided. I am having trouble getting her transition in my head but my heart knows to be absent from the body is to be present with our Lord and Jesus Christ Family I send my sincere condolences 💕

I'm her nephew J.J. and I just can't believe that I Have lost my Auntie Gwen she was one of the most beautiful and amazing 👏 person I know. I remember when I was 17 years old and my Auntie Gwen told me baby I love you and I'm gonna help you get your first job. I promise she kept her word and got me a job with her at Dobbs International Services. Antron,Bo Bo, my mom Wanda,and my Uncle Buddy and all of my family 👪 ❤.I love you guys always and she will surely be missed 😢 I love you 😍 ❤ 😢 💜 💙 Auntie may you rest in peace 🙏.
