ON BEHALF OF MY FAMILY, I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER LINDSEY. HE WAS ALWAYS JUBILENT WHEN I SAW HIM. HE ALWAYS CALLED ME BY MY FIRST MARRIED NAME WHICH WAS VIRGINIA USHER. I LAST SAW HIM AT GERVIS FUNERAL AND I WOULD ASK HIM DID HE KNOW WHO I WAS AND HE WOULD SMILE AND SAY YES VIRGINIA USHER.I'M SURE LINDSEY WILL BE MISSED BY ALL THAT KNEW HIM.WELL LINDSEY, I'LL SEE YOU IN THE MORNING.VIRGINIA USHER REESE
To my dear friend, Dr. Audie Jordan and family my heart was touched after receiving the news another "Saint" has gone to be with the Lord. Indeed, it was a privilege and honor to know Mr. Lindsey Jordan over 50 years. I love you Audie and I loved Lindsey; a powerful man in Christ. Rest assure, I believe one day we will see him again in glory where all will be Hellos and no more good byes. Rev. June Sutton-Turk
