Thomas E. Harrell, 67, of Richmond, died June 16, 2019.

Surviving are his daughter, Nicole S. Mitchell; son, Paul Harrell; mother, Annie L. Harrell; grandson, Che'von Davenport; great grandson, Carter Davenport; two sisters, Paulette Woodson (Robert) and Vanessa Peyton; nieces, nephews, cousins; other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, June 24, 2019 at Scott's Chapel, 116 E. Brookland Park Blvd.

Interment private.
