Funeral services will be Monday, June 17, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., Westhaven Funeral Home Chapel, 3580 Robinson Street, Jackson, MS 39209 with burial in Garden Memorial Park, 8001 Highway 49, Jackson, MS 39209.

Clementine Davis Calender was born September 23, 1937 to Rosie Jane McGowan and Dan Davis in Utica, MS.

Clementine joined St. John M.B. Church at an early age. She married Joe L. Calender then joined Greater Fairview M.B. Church until her health declined. She was a faithful cook at Club Volcano for over twenty years.

Clementine entered into eternal rest on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at St. Dominic Medical Center., Jackson, MS.

Clementine was preceded in death by her parents; Dan Davis, Rosie Jane McGowan, four sisters; Myrtha Lee Cooper, Alice Smith, Willie Daniels, Inez Davis, one brother; Andrew Davis.

Her memories will forever live on the heart of a devoted daughter; Shirley Jean Davis of Utica, MS, her husband; Joe L. Calender of Jackson, MS, two brothers; Jimmie Davis (Helen), Harold Davis both of Jackson, MS, three sisters; Thelma Green of Memphis, TN, Ruth Finley (Ruben) of Gulf Port, MS, Gloria Parish (Marshall) of Milwaukee, WI and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
