Theresa Maria Boatwright was born to Elizabeth Lou Boatwright, on August 25, 1975 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Theresa made her transition on March 26, 2025 at an Augusta Hospital. She joins her mother and a brother, Dewitt Boatwright, who preceded her in death.

Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 5, 2025 at 1:00 at Brinson Hill Baptist Church and Cemetery, 493 South Main Street, Wadley, GA.

Public viewing will be Friday, April 4, 2025 from 3:00 - 6:00 at Davis Funeral Home. Family maybe contacted at

Theresa was always upbeat and full of life. She was a graduate of Wadley High School and worked for several years in housekeeping at Wadley Inn.

Her absence will be felt in the hearts and minds of her children: Simone Blair, Jeremy Boatwright, Royquan Blair, John Dudley, and Damien Simpkins; one brother: Stanley Boatwright; a sisters-in-law: Cynthia Boatwright; grandchildren; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
