In Loving Memory of Patricia A. Johnson (PJ)

Patricia A. Johnson, born on January 10, 1945, in New Rochelle, New York, to James Johnson and Bertha Martin, lived a life filled with love, kindness, and a generous spirit. She was a devoted educator with a passion for teaching mathematics, touching the lives of countless students throughout her career. After moving to the Washington, D.C. area, she worked for the D.C. public school system, where she dedicated herself to education until her retirement.

Beyond the classroom, Patricia found joy in sewing and sharing her knowledge of mathematics with others. Her warmth and wisdom were cherished by her family, including her beloved nephews Dana Sr. and Gary, beautiful nieces Cheryl, Yvette and Lisa, whom she cared for deeply, whom affectionately called her Aunt Pattie, a host loving of great-nephews and nieces, great great-nephews and nieces, and one devoted godson. Her memory will live in the hearts and reflect in the lives of her caring family and friends.

Patricia’s legacy of love and dedication will forever remain in the hearts of those she leaves behind. In accordance with her wishes, her arrangements will be private.
