UHURU, Mr. Beni O., a resident of Tuskegee, AL, passed March 27, 2025, at his home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at Greater St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church, Tuskegee, AL, Dr. Woodrow Johnson, Jr., Pastor. Interment will follow in the Ashdale Cemetery, Tuskegee, AL, McKenzie's Funeral Home Staff, directing. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 4, 2025, from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Mr. Uhuru will lie in state one hour prior to the service.
