28, Chris Allen Villegas Fentress was born 6-22-1996 in Norfolk Virginia. He graduated from Maury High school in June of 2014. After graduating he served 2 years in the U.S. Army where he was a Unit Supply Specialist and he received a National Defense Service Medal. While serving he married Dylan Villegas hence the Villegas in his name. Chris was honorably discharged in February of 2020 from the Army and received veteran’s disability benefits. Chris continued working in hospitality but would also work in logistics, Door Dash, and for other various delivery apps. Chris had a very active social life and enjoyed hanging out with friends. Chris enjoyed fashion, photography, and had a flare for dramatic arts. Chris had a larger than life personality, was stoic about what he believed in, and was a hero to many. Chris was predeceased by his (Uncles) Robert Allen Fentress and Mondrell Williams, and his Grandmother Juanita Williams. Chris is survived by his husband Dylan Villegas, Father Licado Lucas, Mother Toshiba Fentress, Grandmother Sandra Fentress, Grandfather Robert Allen Fentress, (Uncles) Ernest Fentress, Vondell Lucas, Tyrone Gore, Raymond Gore, Tony Morris, (Aunts) Tricia Morris, Sharon Gore, Juanita Morris, Nakia Bonnet, Patrice Gore, and Latoya Fentress, (Brothers) TaiJuan Fentress, Timothy Carr, King D’Juan Lucas, and Alveon Jackson, (Sisters) Azoria Jackson and Taylor Glass, (Cousins) Rhakelle Fentress, Jakeul Fentress, Jaleel Fentress, Jamaal Fentress, Jaquan Fentress, Terrian Fentress, Elijah Fentress, and a host of nephews, neice’s, other family members, and special friend Oscar Mendoza. Chris will be missed.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, 4/1/2025 at 1:00pm in Steele-Bullock Funeral Home, Portsmouth. Visitation and viewing will begin Monday at 4:00pm-6:00pm. Family and Friends will assemble at the funeral home by 12:45pm for the funeral services.
