Frederick Audell Rorie, Jr. was the first-born child of Frederick Audell Rorie, Sr. and Maudestine Davis-Rorie. He was born on March 9, 1996, in Union County, North Carolina.
He confessed Christ as his personal Savior at Praise and Worship Pentecostal Church of Polkton, North Carolina. He received his education in the public schools of Anson County and graduated from Anson Senior High School in 2014.
Frederick was employed at Carolina Paint and Bodywork as the “Man In Charge” as the Lead Painter and whatever else there was to do. He loved music, fishing, golfing, and riding horses. But his first true love was motorcycles, dirt bikes, and four-wheelers. He played many sports, starting with Parks and Recreation.
Those left to carry on and cherish his memories are his parents, Frederick Audell Rorie, Sr. and Maudestine Davis-Rorie; one sister, Roannalyn V. Rorie; one brother, Zalijah A. Rorie; two sons, Frederick Audell Rorie, III and Josiah K’Mon Rorie; one daughter, R’riana Me’Lani Rorie; two nieces, R’Brielle C. Rorie and Zy’Rionna I. Rorie; his grandparents, Minister Rosa J. Ellerbe and Albert Davis, Jr.; one aunt, Carolyn (Anthony) Belts of Kannapolis; one uncle, Tyrus Hubbard of Wadesboro, NC; three great aunts and a host of cousins and friends. His special friend, his dog, “RYLO.”
Frederick was preceded in death by his grandparents, Zack Rorie, Jr. and Virginia Bennett-Rorie, and great-grandparents, Rev. Elijah Jones and Rosa Sellers-Jones.
The services to celebrate Frederick's life will be on Saturday, March 15, 2025, 2:00pm, Smith’s Memorial Chapel, 604 Salisbury Street, Wadesboro, North Carolina. Interment will be at Westview Memorial Park, Polkton, North Carolina.
The Rorie Family will receive family and friends on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Smith’s Memorial Chapel and will begin accepting visitors on Thursday, March 13, 2025 from 2:00-6:00 pm.
