With profound sorrow and deep love, we announce the passing of Shelby Richie, who took flight to her heavenly home on January 31, 2025. Shelby was a true miracle-born with a heart full of love, she dedicated her life to spreading peace, kindness and unwavering faith.

Shelby ‘s journey was one of strength, courage, and boundless love. She faced life's challenges with grace, always shining as a beacon of hope and inspiration. She believed in the power of love and worked to bring light into the lives of everyone she met. Her mission was clear: to make believers out of non-believers, to remind us all of the beauty in faith, and to encourage kindness in every moment. She was an earth angel who has now taken her place as a heavenly angel.

She is survived by her loving mother, Valisia Lippitt, and a host of family, friends, and loved ones who will forever cherish her memory. Though our hearts are heavy, we take comfort in knowing that Shelby is at peace, resting in the presence of our Lord.

A Memorial Service of Shelby's life will be held on February 26, 2025 at Midway Missionary Baptist Church at 11:00 AM. Family and friends are invited to come together to honor her legacy of love and faith.

Shelby's love will never fade, and her light will continue to shine in all who knew her. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
