Anna Epps, 75, passed on Friday, February 7, 2025 in Columbus, GA.

Funeral service will held at 11:00 a.m. EST on Saturday, February 15, 2025 in the C.T. Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. James P. Daniels, officiating. Burial to follow at Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery, Phenix City, AL. Public viewing is 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST on Friday, February 14, 2025.

Anna L. Epps was born December 5, 1949 in Seale , AL to the late John C. Epps and Mrs. Emma Mae Epps Terry. She departed this life February 7, 2025 at St. Francis Hospital in Columbus, GA.

She accepted Christ at a young age and was a devoted member of the Friendship Baptist Church Villiula, AL. She served as the church secretary and was a choir member.

Anna learned to play the piano at a young age. She love to shop and travel.

Anna was a 1967 graduate of Mount Olive High School, a 1973 graduate of Tuskegee University and 1993 graduate of Troy University.

She leaves to cherish her memories her mother, Emma Mae Epps-Terry of Phenix City, AL; sister, Johnnie Mae Epps-Elam of Phenix City, AL; brother, Robert Epps of Ruckersville, VA; nephews, Jeffrey B.(Eva) Elam of Phenix City, AL, Jonathan Epps of Ruckersville, VA; niece, Cassandra L. Elam of Phenix City, AL; great nephew, DeUandre D.(Selina) Elam of Jacksonville, FL; great nieces, Jayda J. Elam and Janell D. Elam of Phenix City, AL; aunts, Irene Dixon, Bertha Hicks of Phenix City, AL, Lillie Bunn and Alberta McMurray of Columbus, GA, Corrie (James) Upshaw of Buffalo, NY, Etha (John) Westbrook of Long Branch, NJ; uncles, Arthur (Cattie) Epps, of Phenix City, AL, Robert ( Shirley) Epps of Lato, AL and a host of cousins and friends.
