Obituary For Rebecca Annette Dutcher

Rebecca Annette Dutcher, 70, of Decatur, TX went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 19th, 2025.

A graveside service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 24th, at Oak Hill Cemetery in Stoneburg, TX.

Rebecca was born on January 10, 1955, in Bowie, TX to Jim and Donnie (Case) Pittman. She graduated from Bowie High School in 1973. Rebecca was a homemaker before going to work as a dispatcher for the Bowie Police Department, she later went to work for Boeing in Lewisville for several years. She enjoyed time spent with her mother helping with Assembly of God Ministry, she loved to paint and doing art.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Elgin Pittman and Larry Pittman, and sisters, Carol Jean Shaft and Donna Suzy Nix.

Rebecca is survived by her daughters, Rebecca “Becca” Sampson of Arlington, TX and Ann Marie Bedard of Bowie; stepson Brad Thedford of Sunset, TX; 7 grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
