I have known Carolyn all my life, primarily as the big sister of my good friend, Linda Wilson. Carolyn personifies the enviable values and outlook of the McKenzie Family. She was a serious educator with an amazing zest for life and contentment. She made an obviously positive impression as a teacher, mentor, and administrative professional. Beyond her work environment, few could enliven an occasion like Carolyn. Along with others, I regret the restraint of the last two years of her life, but I am grateful for the example that she so effectively set for achievement by her students and colleagues. Carolyn was my mentor and my friend. I learned everything I knew about being a school administrator from Carolyn. She was a class act like no other, and had so much integrity. She will be missed by all who knew her. My deepest sympathy to her family and extended family. May God's grace be sufficient. Elise Keith
