Melvin L. Todd, Sr., of Midlothian, VA, died November 15, 2024. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dr. Carolyn Boone Todd. Surviving are his son, Melvin L. Todd, Jr. (Jacqueline); daughter, Bridget M. Todd (Michael Amato); three grandchildren, Judith M., Melvin L. III and Carolyn J. Todd; four brothers, Maurice L. (Brenda) Todd, T. Michael Todd, Milton Todd and Mark Todd; three sisters, Marie Todd, Veronica Carter (Ervin) and Valerie Todd; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Friday, November 22 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, November 23 at First Baptist Church Midlothian, 13800 Westfield Road, Midlothian, VA.
