Devin Mikaele Thomas Powell, 28, passed away Saturday October 26, 2024.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 am Friday, November 8, 2024 at Hunter-Odom Funeral Service 121 S. Fairview Rd. Rocky Mount, NC. 27801 with Rev. KM Garrett, officiating. burial will follow at Pineview Cemetery.

Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service at Hunter-Odom Funeral Service.

I met Devin working at Alorica he was the sweetest soft spoken guy. Devin and Veonte began calling me mama Kash it hasn't stopped ringing yet. I'll never forget bringing December 31,2016 Devin said we gonna bring in the New year together and we did just that at Greater Joy MBC on our knees in prayer. My kids called him uncle Devin. I'm really gonna miss you kid, mama Kash loves you❤️. To Devins mother I do not know your pain but wearing may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning, my prayers are with you and to other relatives and friends remember the good time he's still with you all.

Dear April and family members just wanted to reflect on the baptismal service that you and your children along with Devin were baptized in Durham. It was a wonderful and beautiful service.
