Cleophas “Boxcar” Frazier, 62 passed at his residence Saturday, October 19, 2024, in Havelock, NC.

Cleophas is survived by his sister, Roma Frazier of the home; brothers, Walter O. Frazier of Newport, Jerry Frazier, Virginia and a host nieces nephews and cousins.
